Structured sessions to help you become a more efficient surfer. If you think fitness is hindering your surfing or you just want to improve your surf-specific strength and mobility then these sessions will be great for you. 

We will help you develop your paddle strength and endurance, helping you to catch more waves. More waves = better surfer.

If the sea is too rough to get into then we will run a surf-specific dryland training session.

Wednesdays 7.30am | Fridays 10am | 1hour | x1 £12 | x5 £50

SURF FIT FOR BEGINNERS

Do you want to improve your surfing ability, but feel your fitness levels or lack of surf experience is holding you back?

Our beginners Surf Fit sessions are for surfers with no previous Surf Fit experience, where we'll break down specific movements and surfing skills to help build up your physical strength, confidence in the sea and improve your mindset, to enable you to get out into the ocean and take on the waves.

If the sea is too rough to get into then we will run a surf-specific dryland training session.

Sundays 8:45am | 1hour | x1 £12 | x5 £55
