1-2-1 SEA SWImming COACHING

A chance to improve your skill set in the sea with a 60 minute, 1-2-1 coached swim session. Learn about how different weather and tidal conditions can affect the sea state and how to swim safely throughout the year. We will focus on sea swimming skills that will improve your confidence and ability in the sea.
